Terrible service, horrible attitude and amature staff. The Carpet that they fitted had several manufacturing faults and it doesn't even fit the room. I watched them very carefully whilst they fitted the living room carpet as they struggled to stretch it to make it fit. I was assured this was normal and was intimidated into handing over my hard earned money. within a month, the carpet returned to it's actual size as it pulled away from the grippers. The carpet is now 2 to 4 inches away from the wall.As soon as they are aware that you are unhappy, they screen their calls and you simply can NOT get to speak to anyone but their answering machine (which they ignore)They have done nothing to correct this. They haven't even acknowledged my complaint.I have contacted the Police about their intimidation techniques but was told that it is my word against theirs and, it is a civil matter in the eyes of the law
