My son came out nursery with a bite mark on his arm. I wasn't told about this until I took him back and asked the staff about it. So tuck him to doctors who seam to think that he would have screamd the place down but the staff had all told me they had no record of it. We're not happy...reported to offstead to many mistakes reguards my boy photos don't tell lies on the other hand this nursery denied it to offstead enough sed
My son has been here for 2 years.The staff are nice and are very aware of important matters like security. They vary activities from day to day and there is often some kind of special event like sports day or a trip to Chatsworth. There is plenty of parking. The communication with parents is good. The online system where photos and observations are posted is a great idea.A huge plus for this nursery is the enormous and well equipped outdoor play area and the fact that the staff aim to get the children outside at least once a day, rain or shine and often more than once. Even if the children are in their wellies and wrapped up from head to toe; they still strive to get them that fresh air. If they can't get outside because of particularly bad weather, they have other rooms to go into so the children aren't stuck in the same room all day. My son is happy; he has developed bonds with staff and other children and is developing well. Can't ask for more really.
