Good stock and sizes..... helpful staff......easy store to manoeuvre around with mobility issues
Lovely food range, but its questionable if it still really justifies their pricing. There are much cheaper supermarkets that stock equally nice food now.
Really big store, friendly and helpful staff, reasonably priced. Cafe and food section. Everything you expect from M&S. For me, only downfall is there is not a door which leads directly into cystal peaks. You have to exit outside and walk back. For when shopping in peaks, you have to exit the shopping center to enter M&S. But no biggy.
Despite ordering a Christmas turkey several weeks ago, was sold the wrong one. Went back and they had to look for the free range we ordered. Turned out, we weren't the only customers having problems. Not good
Always enjoy a visit to M&S. Clothes are well presented, and a wide choice of style to suit any occasion.We also visited the cafe, on this occasion we felt it lacked that M&S touch, not quite what we expected. This was both a surprise and a disappointment. Hopefully just an off day.
