Came today and Victoria found me my dream dress in less than an hour! was made to feel really welcome and not rushed at all, so friendly and helpful can't wait to go back Saturday to show my mum my dress and really excited about the big day now I feel more comfortable in a dress i love. Fantastic experience at New York Bride! It was my first time wedding dress shopping and we went on a busy Saturday however we still received a friendly welcome as soon as we arrived. The whole process was clearly explained to us and we were given lots of time to look through all the dresses they had. All the staff were incredibly friendly and patient and we weren't rushed at all. They were really helpful with getting in and out of dresses and also with giving advice around alterations and accessories. Despite being very busy they made time for everyone in the shop and were very attentive, not pushy at all which we loved. All the dresses were really good prices and nice quality and I'm so pleased I found my dress here. Highly recommend New York Bride, just brilliant!
I bought my wedding dress here in June 2017 for my wedding in May this year. It was the first wedding dress shop I had been to. About 12 dresses later and I found 'the one'. Victoria and her lovely ladies in the shop were all so accommodating and helpful.
I know very little about bridal wear shops but my daughter has just got her wedding dress there. Its a designer dress at a bargain price
Very rude and inattentive. Oversized dresses were held up on my mum and the lady made her feel like she wasn't skinny enough to be a bride (Mum was a size 14-16 at the time). When we got home my mum was in tears thinking she'd look a fool walking down the aisle - luckily the next place we went to (Berketex Bride, Sheffield) made her feel beautiful and we found the perfect dress for her. Don't go here if you're not a size 6-8!
