Moving to the area so popped in for a quick drink and bit of lunch. Staff seemed very nice. Nice feel to the pub and food was tasty x
We have been here a few times to visit and the food has always been nice. Which is why I've gone with 3 stars. On our last visit I had a burger which with how it had shrunk had been cooked partially in the microwave or oven. And my partner had the steak with hot sauce.The sauce was sent out in the actual prep bottle with no day dot to say when it had been opened and a very sticky horrid lid.We didnt actually try the sauce after looking at the bottle. Not very appealing.

Nice atmosphere,good beer selection, food is ok. We went for a boxing day meal. Even though it was a busy time of the year, the staff were very capable and had it under control. For the money the food, the portions were on the small side, great for the children and to grandparents but as for the adults on the small side.
